SHIPPING INFORMATION
Henna cones are shipped every week on Monday, to ensure you receive the freshest henna paste possible. Shipping is a flat rate of $4 for USPS First Class or $8 for USPS Priority. We highly recommend USPS Priority, especially in the summer, as long shipping times may negatively affect the henna.
USPS First Class: uninsured, no guarantee, 3-5 business days.
USPS Priority: insured, guaranteed service, generally 1-3 business days.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All henna cone sales are final. Due to their perishable nature, We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on henna cones. If you have an issue with your order, please email info@ubhennaco.com with any of your questions or concerns.
