Urshita started doing henna 10 years ago during college as a way to destress, using herself, her friends, and her class notes as mediums to practice henna designs - she would always have a henna cone on her or in her fridge!
Urshita started to incorporate wedding henna into her repertoire and fell in love
She realized how important henna could be in capturing a couple’s love story, bringing their cherished memories to life in a beautiful, intricate and unique design. Urshita has 10 years of experience, 2 years of apprenticeship under one of the top bridal studios in Los Angeles, and years of education and improvement of her craft, which continues to this day.
When she’s not applying henna on brides-to-be, you can probably find Urshita with her hair up in a messy bun running around her two toddlers, a cold, forgotten coffee she hasn’t had time to sip sitting on the kitchen counter. Urshita lives in Pooler, Georgia with her husband and two children, ages 1 and 3.
